Disable desktop notifications in Outlook 2013

When you receive a lot of mails, it can be really annoying if there is a popup notification for each of them.

So, here is how you can disable these desktop notifications in Outlook 2013:

  • Open Outlook.
  • Click on File.
  • On the left side click on Options.
  • Click on Mail.
  • Scroll down to the Message arrival section.
  • Uncheck the Display a Desktop Alert check box.


Done, no more notification when a mail arrives.
