If you have a Gmail account, there is a very easy way to check if someone has accessed it.

  • Login into your Gmail account as you normally would.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page. On the right side you see Last account activity.
  • Click on Details.
  • A new window named Activity on this account will pop up.
  • Here you will see all IP addresses that used this account, including your own (you will find your IP address at the bottom).
  • If you see any IP address that doesn´t belong to you, someone else is using your Gmail account!

Note: Your smartphone might me listed here too, it has its own IP address.
